My knee pain is gone. I drink it before my workout. Sometimes I mix it with juice or any preworkout.
Has a hint of apple flavour which is also nice but you can mix it with berry mix.

Smell amazing and is hydrating. It's a light vaseline type moisturizer but not as heavy as the vaseline. I used it on body I like the way it makes my skin glow. I only use it on face as moisture sealer. Will buy again.
